Refund Policy

1. Memberships and Class Fees

All memberships and class fees at Of the Void Martial Arts are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
We offer single-class, monthly, and quarterly membership options. When a member cancels after a payment has been charged, that membership remains active until the end of the paid period, after which access will end automatically.

No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused days, missed classes, or early cancellations after a billing date.

2. Free Trial Policy

New members are eligible for a 7-day free trial, which allows full access to classes during that period.

You may cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your membership will automatically convert to the selected paid plan, and no refunds will be issued after the charge.

3. Membership Holds

Members may request to pause their membership for reasons such as injury, illness, or travel.
Paused memberships retain their remaining time and will resume on the agreed-upon date. Requests must be made in writing via email to info@ofthevoidmartialarts.com prior to the next billing cycle.

4. Single-Class Purchases

All single-class purchases are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a class you have registered for, we may allow one reschedule within the same month if space is available.

5. Product Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are available only for unopened and unused products returned within 7 days of purchase, with proof of receipt.

Products may be exchanged for a different size if unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted for used, worn, or damaged merchandise.

6. Registration and Enrollment Fees

Any registration or enrollment fees are non-refundable once processed.

7. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

All refund or exchange requests must be made in writing to info@ofthevoidmartialarts.com.
Please include your full name, purchase date, and reason for your request. If approved, instructions for return or exchange will be provided.

8. Payment Processing

All payments are handled securely through Wix Payments.
Of the Void Martial Arts does not store your payment information directly. Charges will appear under the business name Of the Void Martial Arts, LLC.
