Great for younger children or first-time guests. Includes: 60-minute party Martial arts-themed games Studio decorations (20 balloons with two-color choice and birthday banner included, add-on decorations extra) Time for cake and gifts (cake not included) Up to 10 guests
Cancellation Policy
🥋 Of The Void Martial Arts – Birthday Party Booking Policy To ensure every celebration is safe, smooth, and unforgettable, we kindly ask all guests to review and follow our birthday party booking guidelines: 📅 Booking & Deposits Parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. ⏰ Duration & Timing Standard party durations are 60, 90, or 120 minutes, depending on the selected package. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. 🎉 Guest Count & Supervision Each package includes a set number of guests. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Maximum guest capacity is 20 children for safety and space considerations. 🍕 Food & Decorations You may bring your own food, drinks, and cake, based on your package, and we are happy to serve them for you. We do not assume any responsibility for food allergies for you and your guests. Personal decorations are welcome, but must be approved in advance. No confetti, glitter, or open flames. Alcohol is not permitted on premises. 🧼 Safety & Conduct All participants must complete a liability waiver prior to engaging in martial arts activities. Our instructors will lead all martial arts activities with safety as the top priority. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in early dismissal from the event. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance must be rescheduled at no charge. No refunds provided. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will forfeit the full payment. In case of inclement weather or national, state, local or personal emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule. For personal emergencies, we may ask for proof to be provided in order to be eligible to reschedule. 📸 Photography & Media You are welcome to take photos and videos during the party.
