South Oldham Wrestling – Mat Practice

Service Description

Train with Coach Charles Alston, Head Coach of South Oldham Middle School Wrestling, in this dedicated wrestling program for SOMS students and future SOHS athletes. Practices focus on fundamentals, conditioning, and mental toughness—helping wrestlers grow both on and off the mat. The team fee is $150, which covers participation in six meets and insurance through the program. Each wrestler must also purchase a valid USA Wrestling membership card. Athletes are responsible for their own gear, including wrestling shoes, headgear, and any additional personal equipment required for training and competition. This is a school-based USA Wrestling club, and registration is handled through the school.
