Service Description

This on-site self-defense seminar is designed to help students build confidence, awareness, and practical personal safety skills in a supportive, age-appropriate environment. Students will learn: • Situational awareness and boundary setting • Verbal self-advocacy and confidence under pressure • Simple, effective self-defense techniques • How to recognize unsafe situations and respond appropriately This seminar is ideal for middle school and high school students and can be adapted to fit your school’s specific needs and age groups. All instruction is led by a certified martial arts instructor with experience working in school and youth programs.
