Dragon Academy is our after-school martial arts and youth development program for children in grades K-5, running Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 6:00 PM. This free Saturday preview is built as a shortened version of a real Dragon Academy afternoon - so instead of just hearing about it, you and your child get to experience it.
What the hour looks like
10:30-10:40 - Arrival & Wind-Down. Children arrive, settle in, meet their instructors and the other students, and transition into the program the same way they would after school.
10:40-11:15 - Martial Arts Training. Warm-up, movement, martial arts fundamentals, technique work, and a group activity that gets everyone engaged.
11:15-11:25 - Leadership & Character Development. A short, focused activity built around one of our core values: courtesy, confidence, teamwork, discipline, integrity, or perseverance.
