Buckner YMCA Intro to Martial Arts Class

At the Buckner YMCA, we provide a beginner martial arts course for children aged 5-10. This program includes fundamental martial arts techniques, coordination exercises, and self-discipline activities. It is designed to be both accessible and engaging, offering a safe and supportive setting for learning. Participants will enhance their focus, gain knowledge of various martial arts, and improve their physical fitness. We emphasize Karate, Kenpo, Taekwondo, Arnis, Judo, and Aikido.
