If yes, parents are responsible for contacting Oldham County Schools transportation and their child's school to give permission for dojo drop-off and to confirm which days the child should be sent to Of The Void Martial Arts.
Need help choosing a uniform size?
Use the student uniform size guide before selecting your child’s size. Dragon Academy includes one white student uniform, so you do not need to purchase the uniform separately.
Dragon Academy enrollment includes one white student uniform. Please choose the size that best matches your child's normal clothing size. If you are unsure, choose the closest option and Sensei Charles will confirm sizing with you before your child's first day.
A completed waiver will be required before your child can participate. The waiver will be included in your welcome email. Each child needs their own registration form and waiver.
